We are usually able to accommodate one-off requests for additional care. If you do make a request for a one-off visit, we hope you will understand that your regular careworker may not always have flexibility in his/her rota to provide additional care for you at the time you would like, as they have other clients. However, if your regular careworker is unavailable, additional care can usually be provided by one of our other trained careworkers.
