You’ll find that all of our careworkers are thoroughly nice people, with very kindhearted personalities. However, our experience tells us that certain types of personalities do match up better. When your careworker is first allocated to you, he or she will be accompanied by one of our field supervisors. The supervisor will introduce you and will be available from then on (in addition to the office staff), should you have any concerns. If you feel, for any reason, that you would like to have another careworker, then we will happily accommodate your request.
